Dear fellow delegates and esteemed advisors, 

Welcome to the Human Rights Council of MUNiSC 2022! My name is Angela Kim, currently a junior attending Yantai Huasheng International School, and it is my utmost pleasure to serve you as the Head President for three constructive days. Throughout the online conference, we will be divulging the implications of a well-known concept of ‘Lex Talionis’ and discuss both pragmatic and ideological solutions that may improve the overall humanitarian situation of international issues. I thus encourage you to speak up and stand up for a cause, considering your country’s stances, for “In absentia Lucis, Tenebrae vincunt.”
